These terms govern your use of the Open Connector website and waitlist. The Open Connector software itself is open source and licensed separately under the MIT license.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The open-source software

Open Connector is open-source software distributed under the MIT license. Your use, modification, and self-hosting of the software are governed by that license, not by these Terms. These Terms cover only this marketing Site and the waitlist service.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is optional and free. We use the email address you provide solely to confirm your interest (double opt-in) and to notify you about availability and major updates. You can ask to be removed at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • Submit email addresses you do not own or have permission to use;
  • Scrape, frame, or republish Site content except as permitted by the software license.

5. Intellectual property

The Open Connector name, wordmark, and Site design are the property of their respective owners. The source code is available under the MIT license. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to trademarks except as needed to describe the project.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Connector and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or waitlist.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
